This page explains what we do with your personal information when you buy from Stitch Your Brand or get in touch with us.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order
- The details of what you ordered, including any name you ask us to embroider
- Anything you tell us when you contact us by WhatsApp or through our contact form
Many of our items are personalised with a child’s first name. We treat those names as personal information, we use them only to make and deliver your order, and we do not use them for anything else.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your full card number. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, and your card details go directly to them.
Why we use it
To make your order, deliver it, send you order updates, handle returns, keep proper business records, and answer your questions.
Who we share it with
- Our payment provider, so your payment can be taken and any refund can be made
- Our delivery partner, so your order can reach you
- Our website host, which stores the site and its orders
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, and for handling any question about your order. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted once they are no longer needed.
